Job Description

Premier Hotel Pretoria is seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader to join our dynamic Banqueting team. If you have a strong background in hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Banqueting Food & Beverage department. Ensure excellent service standards and guest satisfaction. Assist with staff training, development, and performance management. Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in compliance with hotel policies. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and cost control. Support the Food & Beverage Manager with operational and administrative tasks. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and stock control. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Grade 12 Certificate. A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.
