What you’ll do:
- Lead your cluster to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Roll out promotions and campaigns with accuracy and energy.
- Support and coach Store Managers and staff to grow performance.
- Oversee stock takes and ensure results are clean and accurate.
- Manage stock movement between stores to balance supply and keep shelves full.
- Keep merchandising standards high so stores look sharp and customers stay engaged.
- Monitor daily KPIs and step in quickly when things go off track.
- Drive customer service excellence across all stores.
- Ensure payroll, schedules, and operational processes are followed correctly.
- Spot opportunities to improve efficiency and cut unnecessary costs.
- Provide clear, simple reports and updates to senior management.
- Build a positive team culture that recognises and rewards great performance.
