About the Role
WENZ is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager with experience in the building industry, specifically focusing on painting, waterproofing, and roofing. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to train and develop themselves if necessary, as well as demonstrate a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily and weekly planning.
- Ensure the effective and correct application of raw materials.
- Provide feedback on any requirements that would enable you to perform your duties more effectively.
- Consistently apply company standards, processes, and policies.
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Present a professional image and maintain strong working relationships within your team.

Salary & Benefits
