About the Role
A leading organisation in the education industry is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team based in Pretoria, Gauteng. This role offers the opportunity to oversee and manage key financial functions while playing a vital role in strategic decision-making and compliance within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor budget performance and advise on improvements
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Prepare and review company tax returns
