About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lodge Manager to lead a luxury safari lodge in the North West, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence. As a key member of our team, you will inspire a dynamic team and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, exceptional guest experiences
- Handle guest feedback and uphold top-tier service standards
- Oversee all lodge departments and daily operations
- Ensure seamless coordination and high standards across the lodge
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, guest-focused culture
- Manage budgets, stock, and operational costs
- Monitor performance and drive efficiency
Requirements
- 4–5 years’ senior management experience within a luxury lodge
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication abilities
- Solid financial and operational management experience
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s licence
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
R25,000 – R35,000 DOE | Live-in (Meals Included)
