About the Role
Our client, a leading tour operator, is seeking a Digital Content Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating and managing their portal platform, creating visually appealing marketing materials, and supporting day-to-day marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and update product content, documents, itineraries, and media.
- Assist in structuring pages and improving user experience.
- Ensure product information is accurate and visually engaging.
- Perform basic HTML updates.
- Sourcing and updating imagery for 3rd party systems.
- Design, content, imagery, and maintenance of the company intranet.
- Create graphics, social cards, and layouts.
- Select strong imagery.
- Support training materials and presentations.
- Assist with designing quarterly newsletters.
- Prepare layout, visuals, and formatting.
- Provide design support for posts.
- Upload and schedule content on social media.
Requirements
- Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
- 1-4 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role focusing on social media management and content creation.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) for website updates.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant digital content, social media campaigns, and writing samples is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver & InDesign as well as Canva.
- Proficiency in Mailchimp.
- Ability to select strong imagery.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Excellent communication.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
