Key Responsibilities: Promote and market financing products to clients Process and manage credit applications Handle client account queries and provide excellent customer service Manage and support clients with financing-related matters Monitor crop production and compile relevant reports Manage, report on, and recover overdue accounts Maintain and grow the financing portfolio within the assigned area Build and maintain strong internal relationships Prepare cash flow budgets and analyse financial statements Attend and represent the company at information days and events Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal) Strong computer literacy (MS Office) Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Relevant tertiary qualification 23 years experience in financial services or financing/credit marketing Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices Experience in client service and marketing Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Client-centric approach with excellent service delivery Good understanding of financial principles Basic knowledge of agricultural economics, market trends, and industry practices
