? Key Requirements

Qualified or nearqualified CA(SA), CIMA, or a strong FP&A background
Proven experience in FP&A / commercial finance within a product, distribution, FMCG, or manufacturing environment
Advanced financial modelling capability (Excel essential; BI tools highly beneficial)
Strong experience analysing large, complex data sets
Solid understanding of pricing models, margin management, and cost drivers
Commercially astute with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholders

? What You’ll Be Doing

As a Strategic Finance & FP&A Specialist, you will support leadership with forwardlooking insights that drive performance and longterm value.
Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining robust financial and commercial models
Driving pricing, margin, and profitability analysis
Analysing sales, stock, and product performance trends
Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles
Partnering with operations and sales to enhance commercial outcomes
Delivering boardlevel performance reviews and insights
Identifying risk, opportunity, and growth initiatives within the product portfolio
Supporting adhoc strategic and commercial projects
