About the Role
The Welgemoed Guest House is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at our 10-bedroom Guesthouse in Bellville, Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our guesthouse and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff management and supervision
- Stock control
- Guest check-ins and check-outs
- Handling of payments
- Taking and managing bookings
- Preparation and serving of meals

- Must reside on the premises
- Sober habits
- Good health
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekend, public holidays, and peak holiday periods
