About the Role

Network Contracting is seeking a detail-driven Licencing and Invoicing Administrator to join their Finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, licence administration, and high-quality service delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work in a structured yet fast-moving environment, supporting key finance processes, maintaining customer and contract data, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Process non-stock sales invoices and credit notes accurately and within agreed deadlines
Issue software licence codes in line with internal controls and customer contract terms
Maintain accurate customer, contract, and licencing records across accounting and CRM systems
Resolve invoicing and licencing queries within SLA turnaround times through professional stakeholder engagement
Perform billing reconciliations and support month-end reporting processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) – essential
Financerelated qualification (NQF Level 6 or higher) – advantageous
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in an invoicing, billing, or similar finance administration role
Experience with contract and/or licencing administration will be highly beneficial
