About the Role
The Operations Manager role at H&S Labour Brokers cc is a critical position that requires a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team of 6 managers, driving performance and operational excellence within the retirement fund space. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising operations, contributing to strategic initiatives, including digital transformation projects, and ensuring compliance, governance, and best practice.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar role within the retirement/pension fund industry
- At least 3 years’ experience in a management/leadership capacity
- Strong working knowledge of DC funds (essential)
- RE5 qualification (advantageous)
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives (beneficial)
