About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our growing team as a Sales Representative – Telecommunications & Communication Solutions. As a specialist in IP communications, we deliver cutting-edge products and services in telecommunications, networks, cyber security, office automation, smart automation, and more. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, generate new leads, and build relationships within target industries, including telecommunications, security, transportation, logistics, and others.
- Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate our long-range UHF & VHF two-way radio communications and DECT telephony solutions, highlighting their value propositions to clients in clear, professional terms.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, answer client questions, and provide technical and commercial information about products and solutions.
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, offering expertise on how our products can address their communication, connectivity, and security challenges.
- Sales Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver sales quotes and proposals in response to client inquiries, including pricing, terms, and timelines.
- Closing Sales: Drive the sales cycle from initial inquiry to the final sale, ensuring smooth transitions and strong customer satisfaction throughout.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive products, and new technologies in the telecommunications and IT sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and after-sales support.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with customers, providing continuous support and exploring opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospects, and outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
Requirements
