About the Role
Join a leading conservation reserve as a Reservations Agent in our Kalahari Game Reserve (Live-in) team. We are urgently seeking an experienced professional to manage bookings, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and manage bookings
- Maintain accurate records and build relationships with agents and guests
- Coordinate internally for smooth stays and upsell experiences
- Manage changes, payments, and reports
Requirements
- 23 years of reservations experience (luxury/safari preferred)
- Proficiency in reservation systems (ResRequest, PANStrat, Opera)
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications not specified.
Salary & Benefits
- R15 000 – R20 000 per month
