Job Description
- Oversee and manage all underground production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
- Lead and supervise underground teams including Shift Bosses and Supervisors
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with mining regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and planning teams
- Manage production budgets and control costs
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
- Report on production performance to senior management
