About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on IT Support Technician to join our team at Karebo Lighting. As the go-to person for all things IT, you will provide comprehensive support across various platforms, including the Karebo App and KIMS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide field and office-based user support on the Karebo App and KIMS
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across all platforms
  • Set up, deploy, and maintain all IT equipment: laptops, mobile phones, printers, CCTV cameras, and networking devices
  • Deliver desktop and first-line technical support to staff across all divisions
  • Maintain an accurate IT asset register
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
  • Document IT procedures and maintain support logs

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in desktop/IT support
  • Knowledge of workflow systems and business process applications
  • Competence in device management (laptops, phones, printers, CCTV, networking)
  • Relevant IT qualification (A+, N+, MCSE, IT Diploma, or equivalent)
  • Valid drivers licence
