About the Role
Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Pongola. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Implement and enforce housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards
- Resolve problems calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through proactive communication and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or safari lodge environment
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Guest-focused with a service excellence mindset
