Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research and development in a space science-related field
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals
• Develop and participate in national and international research collaborations
• Present lectures, seminars, and research findings
• Contribute to postgraduate student development and supervision
• Participate in outreach and science advancement initiatives
• Assist with research administration and project activities

Requirements

• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Excellent scientific writing and publication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Programming skills, preferably Python

Qualifications & Experience

• PhD in Space Science, Space Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering
• 3–5 years’ experience in a research role
• Proven research and publication track record
• Experience with research proposal writing and academic presentations
• Experience supervising or mentoring postgraduate students is advantageous
• Research experience in Solar Physics or Heliophysics is beneficial
