Job Description
About the Role
As a Shift Manager at our FMCG production facility, you will be responsible for leading a production team and overseeing daily operations. This includes supervising staff, coordinating activities, scheduling, maintaining health and safety compliance, and completing reports and performance records.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and ensure efficient production processes
- Coordinate activities and schedules to meet production targets
- Maintain health and safety compliance in the workplace
- Complete reports and keep accurate performance records
- Lead a production team and make decisions to optimize production
Requirements
- Matric qualification
- At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role within FMCG production
- Essential: knowledge of ISO14000, 14001, and 9001
- Previous production team leadership experience (preferably in animal feed) advantageous

- Formal education/certifications not specified
