About the Role

As a Quality Manager at our leading private healthcare provider, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence across our high-performing hospital. With a strong focus on clinical quality, robust governance, and continuous improvement, we are seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of our Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external bodies, including regulators
Manage and enhance the hospital’s quality and environmental management systems
Align and drive quality and sustainability objectives across departments
Compile quality scorecards, reports, and presentations for leadership review
Analyse trends, risks, and incidents, and drive corrective actions
Lead deviation management, including investigation and close-out of incidents and audit findings
Support environmental compliance, including impact assessments and incident reporting
Oversee healthcare risk waste management, ensuring correct handling and regulatory compliance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in patient experience programmes
Manage the InfoQuest system, including training, access, data accuracy, and reporting
Conduct and monitor risk assessments and mitigation plan across the hospital

Requirements

Relevant qualification in Quality Management, Healthcare, or a related field
Proven experience in a quality management role within a hospital environment
Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and healthcare regulations
Experience with data management and reporting systems such as InfoQuest
Ability to engage, influence, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
