About the Role
As a Senior CCTV Technician – Team Lead at Daisy Business Solutions, you will be responsible for managing technicians and installations, providing security/cctv and associated telecom/networking infrastructure designs and specifications, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing technicians and installations
- Providing security/cctv and associated telecom/networking infrastructure designs and specifications
- Completing full installation of cctv, access control, alarm systems and turnstiles
- Conducting maintenance and repairs on cctv, access control, alarms and turnstiles
- Accessing, updating and programming cctv, access control, alarm systems and turnstiles
- Configuring IP cameras and systems
- Configuring access control
- Conducting fault finding analysis
- Providing training for end users after completion of installation and service
- Handing over full installation to clients upon completion
- Building rapport and relationships with existing customers to understand their needs
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12
- 5-10 years experience in the industry
- 2-3 years’ team lead experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Psira registered
- Ability to maintain minimal repeat call rate
- High standard of accuracy and proficiency
- Timeous handing and completion of work
- Ability to handle stress within a highly pressurized environment
- Ability to travel
