About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead our engineering team in shaping the future of a complex financial platform. Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead scalable system architecture across backend, frontend, and data layers
- Guide and mentor a team of developers across multiple disciplines
- Build and review Java and Spring Boot microservices
- Oversee SQL database design and data-intensive workflows
- Contribute to frontend direction across Angular and/or React
- Engage with enterprise architects and technical stakeholders
- Drive technical decision-making and take ownership of outcomes
- Contribute hands-on to complex solution design and implementation
Requirements
- 15+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices
- Solid SQL and database design experience
- Working knowledge of Angular and/or React
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead or Solutions Architect role
- Experience in product-based technology environments
- Exposure to financial systems, asset management, or reporting platforms
- Strong understanding of complex data and calculation-heavy systems
