About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Secretary with experience in bonds to join our team as a key support staff member. As a Conveyancing Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to conveyancers and assisting with bond-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process bond documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to conveyancers
- Assist with bond-related queries and issues
Requirements
- Matric
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in Conveyancing with Bonds essential
- Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Own car and drivers’ license beneficial (but not essential)
