About the Role
We are seeking a well-presented and highly organised Sales Administrator with strong people skills and a passion for client service, fluent in English and Afrikaans, to join our team in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will support the sales team with administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and timeously
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
- Maintain and update customer records and pricing structures
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and outstanding queries
- Assist the sales team with administrative support
- Ensure all documentation is accurately captured and filed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration role
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer literate (MS Office essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
