About the Role
Spa Sense in Umdloti-Durban is seeking an experienced Beauty Spa/ Salon Manager to lead their team, deliver exceptional client experience, and help their business grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, sales, and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional client experience
- Oversee daily operations, budget, and financial performance
- Manage Social Media accounts and digital engagement
- Create content for social media platforms
- Train and coach staff to improve performance
- Work 5 day week, 2 days off during the course of the week, 2 days being a Weekend off
Requirements
- Beauty / Somatology qualifications
- 3-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon in a Management position
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) and strong Administrative skills
- Excellent Salesperson
- Strong leadership, finance, and operational skills

Salary & Benefits
- 10% Commission on Retail or do a Treatment (must have relevant qualifications and experience)
