About the Role
Our premium brand automotive dealership client based in Tshwane is seeking an experienced Pre-owned Sales Manager with a proven track record to supervise their well-organized and profitable Pre-Owned department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely service, meeting/exceeding client requirements, and maintaining a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sales meetings, ensuring relevant information is available for business decisions
- Provide feedback on current performances and targets, allowing staff input in matters
- Discuss CSI results and action
- Control all costs as per budget
- Control debtors by achieving set turnaround time
- Do financial, productivity, and sales reporting accurately and timeously
- Manage business activities through hands-on interactive processes
- Proactively solve problems where needed and evaluate productivity measures
- Manage human resources by attracting, developing, and retaining competent employees
- Ensure all facilities operate in terms of risk management standards
- Provide training to sales executives as needed
- Create marketing awareness for the sales area

- Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices
