About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars (concepts, hooks, captions, hashtags)
- Create posts/graphics in Canva
- Edit Reels/TikToks in CapCut
- Handle community management (comments/DMs, escalate when needed)
- Track performance and turn it into simple, actionable monthly reports
Requirements
- Relevant qualification is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years real hands-on work experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with Canva and CapCut for static posts/graphics; CapCut for short-form video edits
- Ability to work with Asana, Slack, and Google Drive
- Ability to work with Meta Business Suite and IG/TikTok analytics
- Familiarity with basic boosts, light product shots, or coordinating user-generated content (UGC) is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Proactive with trends and ideas
