About the Role
We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As an uncapped commission earner, you’ll be in control of your success and work from the comfort of your own home. With a focus on prescriptive, consultative selling, you’ll diagnose problems and prescribe solutions for New Zealand real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold outreach to New Zealand real estate agents via phone and email
- Running discovery calls and sales presentations via Google Meet
- Managing a pipeline of past, present, and future clients
- Conducting client support and onboarding calls with new customers
- Booking follow-up meetings on every single call (BAMFAM: Book A Meeting From A Meeting)
- Reporting weekly on pipeline, activities, show rates, and close rates
Requirements
- Fluent English without a strong accent
- Clear, professional communication is essential
- 5 years of sales experience – ideally in SaaS, digital marketing, or agency sales
- Experienced in prescriptive/consultative selling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, Google Meet, and sales tools

Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: R26,000 per month
- Commission: Uncapped – we expect top performers earning R26,000/month in bonuses within 12 months
- Total OTE after 12 months: R52,000/month or (R624,000 per year)
- Equipment: You provide your own laptop, headset, and reliable internet
Bonus Points
- Experience selling to businesses (B2B) or real estate professionals
- Previous SaaS sales experience selling a recurring revenue services
- Experience working with NZ, Australian, North American, or UK clients
- Background in digital marketing or lead generation services
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, or Google Ads
