About the Role
Arken Digital is a Bristol-based SEO agency working with clients across the UK, and we’re looking for a Delivery Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our operations, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our business. We’re not looking for someone to come in, learn the ropes, and then plateau – we want someone who wants to eventually own the operational running of the agency entirely.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ClickUp across the entire team, making sure every client has clear tasks, owners, and deadlines at all times
- Proactively identify things falling behind before they become a problem, and chase the team without being asked
- Run a weekly team accountability rhythm to keep everyone aligned and on track
- Send client updates via email when work is completed, deadlines are approaching, or anything needs flagging
- Keep the founder focused on the right priorities and hold them accountable to their own goals
- Spot inefficiencies in how we work and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Background in project management, operations, or account management within an agency or professional services environment
- Naturally proactive, you spot problems before being told and act without waiting to be asked
- Excellent written English, confident communicating with clients and team members professionally
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple moving parts simultaneously
