About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex initiatives within Transactional Services, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strategic alignment and disciplined execution of programme delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Act as single point of accountability for programme delivery across business, IT, operations, risk, and compliance environments
- Engage with stakeholders at executive level to drive programme success
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale banking/financial services programmes
- Strong background in Transactional Services / Payments / Core Banking
- Programme management experience (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Strong stakeholder engagement at executive level
- Budgeting, governance, risk & benefits tracking expertise
- Ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-workstream environments
Qualifications
- B Degree (BCom / BBA or equivalent)
