About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Lead and execute multiple content marketing strategies
- Develop and implement SEO strategies
- Manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Manage and optimise CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Oversee creative asset development and ensure high design quality
- Monitor and optimise campaigns
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure delivery
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant qualification advantageous
- 4-6 years experience in content marketing
- Technical SEO experience
- Hands on experience with HubSpot (specifically building automations, workflows and sequences)
- Experience in marketing strategy including:
- Strategic thinking
- Process development and implementation
- Creating and meeting KPIs
- Highly organised with strong coordination and project management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
