About the Role
Join our world-renowned luxury Safari brand operating in Botswana as a permanent Lodge Manager. As a confident, guest-centric Manager with a passion for high-end Hospitality and operational excellence, you will lead daily lodge operations while enhancing the guest experience and upholding world-class brand standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Lodge Manager or similar senior management role within a luxury Safari lodge
- Proven background in 5-star Hospitality operations and guest experience management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop departmental teams
- Qualification in Hospitality Management or Business Management
- Excellent command of the English language and confident guest interaction skills
