Tailormade Solution, a well-established Pharmaceutical Company based on the West Rand, is seeking experienced Call Centre Agents to join their team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, promoting our products, and meeting daily targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephonic incoming orders
- Makes calls to customers from a set list
- Promote products
- Ensure that all calls are conducted in a professional and friendly manner, meeting the quality standards set by the company
- Reaches daily set targets (productivity, quality, data)
- Minimum outbound calls per day as per requirement
