About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Conveyancer with proven experience in property transfers to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. As a key member of our conveyancing department, you will be responsible for managing property transfers from instruction to registration, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing property transfers from instruction to registration
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and relevant stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing conveyancing documents
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Handling high-volume files efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
- Proven experience in property transfers (end-to-end)
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and systems
- Excellent communication and client liaison skills
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- R35 000 – R40 000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
