About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our Corporate Dealer Group, with a strong background in the Motor Industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong asset management capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer principal operations to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Oversee stock control and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Dealer Principal experience within the Motor Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Valid Drivers License Essential
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management advantageous
- Strong Asset and Stock Controlling Skills required
- Ability to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of R75 000 to R90 000 based on experience. Incentives, including Medical Aid and Provident Fund, as well as Company Vehicle and Fuel, are also offered.
