About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our Corporate Dealer Group, with a strong background in the Motor Industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong asset management capabilities, and a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage dealer operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, assets, and sales performance
- Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure alignment with company goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Dealer Principal experience within the Motor Industry
- Grade 12 Qualification essential
- Valid Drivers License Essential
- Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
- Strong Asset and Stock Controlling Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a Corporate Dealer Group environment

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of R75 000 to R90 000 based on experience. Incentives, including Medical Aid and Provident Fund, are also offered.
