Randburg: Litigation Secretary

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Secretary to join our team in Randburg. The successful candidate will provide high-quality administrative support to our litigation department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dictation and preparation of legal correspondence and documents
  • Drafting and formatting of affidavits, notices, pleadings, and court documents
  • Uploading, indexing, and managing matters on CaseLines
  • Filing and managing matters via Court Online
  • Liaising with courts, sheriffs, counsel, and clients
  • Diary management, including court dates, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Attending to general administrative and practice support functions

Requirements

  • Matric
  • Minimum 6 Years experience as Paralegal or Senior Litigation Secretary

Qualifications

  • Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
