About the Role
Our client, a renowned luxury safari lodge in the Eastern Cape, is seeking an experienced Senior Duty Manager to oversee daily guest operations and uphold world-class service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and guest-facing operations.
- Coordinate communication between departments (housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, activities).
- Manage guest relations and resolve any complaints or requests swiftly.
- Supervise and motivate lodge staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with stock control, reporting, and shift planning.
- Uphold brand and operational standards in all aspects of lodge management.
Requirements
- 35 years experience in a senior supervisory or management position within a 5-star lodge or boutique hotel.
- Strong operational knowledge of lodge procedures and guest service standards.
- Exceptional leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional and presentable with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport.

Salary & Benefits
