Johannesburg: Supply chain Management Engineer (Order Fulfilment)

Job Description

Major Compulsory Responsibilities Supply solution design: Design the supply solution from multiple dimensions, such as project planning, configuration, order, logistics, and contract, based on the project characteristics. Plan development and collaboration: Develop the project S&OE plan based on the project master plan and collaborate with the HQ to ensure supply security. Supply and demand management: Identify project supply risks in a timely manner based on project requirements and supply plans, and promote internal and external resolution of these risks. Logistics management: Design the logistics network based on project characteristics to ensure secure, efficient, and cost-effective transportation of goods. Local procurement management: Manage the supply and demand of locally procured materials, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and achieve the monthly site rollout target. Other Competencies/Attributes: Good understanding of industry-leading software systems Data analysis skills to update trackers, identify supply shortages and balance supply and demand for local material Willingness to accept challenges, and have strong learning ability Have a motivated, ambitious mindset and able to work under pressure Have good communication skills and interact with internal and external customers HR/T-015/Job description V1.01 Clear thinking to support analysis of good customer service Efficient in Microsoft Excel Required Education/Qualification: Major in Supply Chain Management or related majors Required Knowledge and Experience: 0-5 years in a Supply Chain related position Have a basic understanding of E2E supply chain processes (international and local) Understand the principles and processes for providing customer services Working Environment / Conditions: Work environment: Fast-paced Travel: On a need basis On call: Upon request during peak demand periods
