About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Administrator to join our team at Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the training and development department, utilizing their excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the training and development department
- Utilize Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to training programs and participants
- Assist with operational tasks such as data entry and filing
- Develop and implement training materials and presentations
Requirements
- National Certificate in Education Training and Development Practices NQF Level 4
- Minimum of 3 years experience in training, preferably in a mining environment
- Experience in an HRD administrative services environment and operational involvement
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency
Qualifications
