About the Role
Our client in Bellville, Cape Town, is seeking a seasoned Office Manager/Head Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years plus of senior lead administration experience in various aspects of office management, including administrative support, accounts, customer services, HR administration, and general operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the organization
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including staff supervision and training
- Oversee accounts and financial management, including bookkeeping and payroll
- Coordinate customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Develop and implement HR administration processes and procedures
Requirements
- 5 years plus of senior lead administration experience
- Strong administrative support skills
- Experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and bookkeeping software
- Basic knowledge of simple pay systems and Excel
Qualifications
- Formal education in Business Administration or related field (optional)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: up to R 30 000 per month
