About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Bellville, Cape Town. As a remote-based role, you will be working with clients and candidates across South Africa. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and place top talent in various industries, including Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR, Administration, Business Support, Commercial Recruitment, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract high-quality candidates for various job openings
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for clients’ requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely placement of candidates
- Meet or exceed monthly recruitment targets and client satisfaction rates
Requirements
- 3 years plus experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of placing successful candidates in Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR, Administration, Business Support, Commercial Recruitment, Procurement, and Supply Chain roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- No specific qualifications are required for this role. However, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
