About the Role
We are seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our team on a 5-month contract basis. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be responsible for managing our main incoming telephone line and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and answer the main incoming telephone line, directing calls appropriately
- Professionally receive and assist walk-in clients and visitors
- Ensure all queries are handled promptly and efficiently
- Accurately take and relay messages

- Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy (MS Word and MS Excel)
