About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Installer to join our team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various IT infrastructure components, including cabling, devices, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, terminate, and test CAT6, fibre cabling
- Mount and connect devices such as cameras, WI-FI access points, switches, and network cabled
- Diagnose and repair faults in cabling, devices, or system configuration
- Pull, route, label, and secure cables according to standards and site requirements
- Terminate cables in patch panels, cabinets, and equipment rooms
- Maintain and record of equipment and stock levels
Requirements
National Senior certificate of equivalent to NQF4
3 Years working experience in an IT environment
Minimum 2 years exposure in IT hardware, Network infrastructure, CCTV and Fibre installations
Valid RSA driver’s license with own transport
