About the Role
Xpresso Café is seeking a highly skilled Store Inspector to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of retail, food service, and operational excellence across all stores. With a keen eye for detail and excellent reporting skills, you will drive consistency and quality across our growing national brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular store inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor hygiene, food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
- Ensure brand consistency across all stores
- Compile inspection reports and follow up on corrective actions
- Provide guidance and support to store managers and staff
- Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, food service, auditing, or operations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid drivers licence (essential)
- Willingness to travel frequently, especially to Johannesburg and KZN
