You will be the operational engine behind the executive office, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. From managing complex diaries and coordinating international travel to overseeing office operations and handling confidential matters, you will be trusted to anticipate needs, solve problems, and keep executives focused on what drives the business forward. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in precision, and are skilled at managing multiple priorities with grace, we want to hear from you.Key responsibilitiesDiary & schedule managementOwn the executive calendar end-to-end scheduling meetings, managing conflicts, setting reminders, and ensuring executives are always where they need to be, fully prepared and on time.Travel coordinationArrange all domestic and international travel including flights, accommodation, transfers, and itineraries with all bookings confirmed at least three days ahead of departure.Meeting preparation & minutesCoordinate meetings and conferences from end to end preparing agendas, arranging logistics, taking accurate minutes, and distributing action items within one business day.Correspondence & communicationManage incoming and outgoing correspondence across email, letters.
