About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Specialist to join our team in Bryanston. As a leading Inbound Destination Management Company, we cater to discerning clients with bespoke luxury travel itineraries that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth consultations with high-end clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and specific requirements.
Create highly personalized travel itineraries, including luxury accommodations, private transportation, exclusive experiences and dining reservations, tailored to each client’s needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure exclusive deals and experiences for clients.
Ensure seamless logistics for each trip, including managing flight details, transfers, and other travel arrangements.
Handle unexpected issues or changes to travel plans with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s experience.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries, travel documents, and other relevant information for clients.
Respond to written requests and provide written confirmations in a timely manner.
Arrange meet and greets as required.
Handle and escalate client complaints.
Manage MOD phone and queries as required.
Ensure that clients are invoiced for all services and invoices are provided to clients timeously.
Liaise with the Finance department regarding payments, account queries, and payment conditions.
Keep the Manager informed of possible problems and arrange pre-payments.

Requirements

Matric/Grade 12
Minimum 5 years Inbound Tourism industry experience in a senior role dealing with high-end, luxury markets

Qualifications

Travel & Tourism qualification (preferred)
Tourplan knowledge and execution (preferred)
