About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shopping Centre Manager to join our Property Management company based at Bryanston. As a professional Afrikaans speaking individual, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals and leases. Your expertise in handling full shopping centre/property centre operations management duties is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals and leases
- Handle tenant and customer relations
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Implement compliance and risk management procedures
Requirements
- Professional Afrikaans speaking preferably female
- Minimum 10 years experience in Commercial / Retail Property Management
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Proficient in MS Office
Qualifications
- Recent proven work experience in Commercial / Retail Property Management (not residential and not retail store management experience)
Salary & Benefits
The gross maximum salary for this role is R 25,000.00 per annum.
