About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRD Trainer to join our team at Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) in Burgersfort, South Africa. As an HRD Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to support the development of our clients in the Minerals Processing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs on Minerals Processing skills
- Conduct assessments and moderation of training programs
- Provide guidance and support to clients in a metallurgical environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent Qualification
- ETDP Level 3 Certificate in Minerals Processing
- Minerals Processing Skills Programmes: Milling, Floatation, Gravity Concentration, Thickening
- Assessor Qualification
- Moderator Qualification (an added advantage)
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
