About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Camps Bay, delivering exceptional guest experiences and championing daily operations. With 35 years of experience in premium dining and luxury lifestyle brands, you will be instrumental in driving service excellence, managing staff, and ensuring seamless coordination between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion daily operations: reservations, service flow, team management
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH staff to embody our service ethos
- Work closely with the Head chef & GM to ensure seamless coordination between FOH and BOH
- Uphold high standards of service, hygiene, and hospitality
Requirements
- 35 years of restaurant management experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong operational and financial acumen (scheduling, budgets, ordering)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field
