About the Role

Join our specialist engineering and construction recruitment team in Cape Town, where you’ll focus on delivering exceptional candidate solutions for high-quality talent within the UK market. With a strong reputation for service excellence and consistent candidate quality, we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter / Delivery Consultant to join our dedicated 180 recruitment position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified white-collar engineering and construction professionals
  • Manage high-volume candidate pipelines across multiple live vacancies
  • Conduct detailed candidate screening and qualification interviews
  • Match suitable candidates to client requirements and vacancy specifications
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery process from sourcing through to placement
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future recruitment requirements
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Update recruitment systems and candidate records accurately

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting within the engineering and/or construction sectors
  • Proven experience recruiting white-collar professionals such as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, and similar technical roles
  • Strong background in candidate sourcing and delivery-focused recruitment
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment pipelines and multiple vacancies simultaneously

Salary & Benefits

R25,000 – R32,000 per month (flexible up to R26,600 for exceptional candidates), UK Hours
